Podium is seeking a seasoned leader to head a high-performing team serving enterprise automotive customers. You will blend executive advisory work with responsibility for adoption, retention, and growth.

Set priorities, coach on executive communication, and drive discovery of AI-enabled sales and service workflows. You will partner with Sales to pursue expansion while coordinating across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise client engagements in consulting, transformation, or customer success.
• Strong executive presence, analytical judgment, and practical AI understanding.
• Ability to deliver complex programs across multiple stakeholders and locations.

Responsibilities
