Job summary

Havenpark Communities seeks an experienced engineer to architect and operate AI companions, agents, and automations that streamline work across sales, marketing, and finance. You will sit with teams, learn daily workflows, and implement production-grade AI that delivers measurable hours saved and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping and supporting software that real users depend on.
• Strong Python and SQL proficiency.
• Frontend ability with React/TypeScript, Streamlit, or Power Apps.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and reliable SaaS integrations.
• Data modeling, and working with governed data models and semantic layers.
• CI/CD, pull-request development, and IaC using cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Daily use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI companions, agents, and automations for multiple business teams.
• Integrate AI solutions with HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Snowflake and vendor APIs.
• Maintain reusable patterns, prompts, tools, and evaluation sets for faster delivery.
• Own evaluation, monitoring, and escalation for every production workflow.
