Job summary

Propark Mobility is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to help transform manual back-office work into AI-powered software. You will learn from subject-matter experts, document workflows, and build custom agents that automate repetitive tasks using AI coding tools.

You will design and ship internal automation, train non-technical staff, and contribute to setting the department’s technical standards and roadmap. This is a hybrid, full-time role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years building real software, including hands-on AI/ML work.
• Shipped at least one of these yourself: a retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Learn a manual process from the person who runs it and map the workflow.
• Document inputs, steps, decision rules, and exceptions.
• Build automation with AI coding tools as daily drivers.
• Design and ship custom agents for internal use and decision-making.
• Deliver production-ready automation to real users and iterate.
• Lead AI training sessions for non-technical colleagues.
• Help set the department’s direction: stack, standards, and roadmap.
