Alined Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a growing team building an internal AI platform that powers agent-driven workflows across the business. You will work hands-on with an AI Architect to develop production-ready AI workflows, expand capabilities, and scale the next generation of AI agents on top of the existing platform.

This role emphasizes implementing real, production-grade AI workflows and measurable impact, not just experiments.

We're partnering with a growing team building an internal AI platform designed to power intelligent, agent-driven workflows across the business. The core platform is already in place, and they're now looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale the next generation of AI agents on top of it.

This is a hands-on role focused on developing real, production-oriented AI workflows—not just experimentation. You'll work closely with an AI Architect to expand capabilities, improve performance, and bring new use cases to life.
