Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an AI Solutions Analyst to accelerate enterprise AI initiatives across a large organization in Austin, TX. The role sits at the intersection of AI, automation, and business enablement, requiring hands-on technical work and practical AI solution delivery.

The ideal candidate will deploy, configure, integrate, and support AI tools across business units, collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive adoption and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar.
• Experience building or supporting AI agents or AI-powered workflows.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and automation tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data-driven problem solving.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology platforms or business systems.

Insight Global is partnering directly with a VP-level leader to hire an AI Solutions Analyst to help drive enterprise AI initiatives across a large organization. We have successfully placed multiple professionals on this team and are looking for another strong addition.

This is a highly collaborative role that sits at the intersection of AI, automation, enterprise platforms, and business enablement. The ideal candidate can understand AI technologies at a technical level while helping deploy, configure, integrate, and support AI solutions used across the business.

This is not a traditional reporting analyst role and is not a pure software engineering position. The team is seeking someone who enjoys hands‑on technical work, problem solving, AI adoption, and building practical AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise AI initiatives and platform adoption
• Build, configure, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions
• Create and maintain AI agents, automations, and workflows
• Develop integrations between AI tools and enterprise applications
• Work with APIs, authentication methods, and platform configurations

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, "ChatGPT Enterprise", Glean, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies
• Experience building, deploying, configuring, or supporting AI agents or AI-powered workflows
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and automation tools
• Working knowledge of SQL and data-driven problem solving
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience supporting enterprise technology platforms or business systems

Preferred Qualifications

• AI agents or agentic AI solutions
• Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation tools
• Python or scripting experience
• Experience integrating platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar enterprise applications
• Experience supporting AI governance, security, or compliance initiatives
