Job summary

Guardify Inc. is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to identify repetitive workflows and build production-grade automation.

You will design, implement, and ship AI agents that interact with systems such as HubSpot, Intercom, Linear, and internal Guards API. You will own the full lifecycle from idea through production, including guardrails, observability, and cost considerations, while prioritizing security and data boundaries.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering production-grade AI/automation solutions.
Experience shipping AI agents that users rely on.
Strong ability to design and ship scalable systems end-to-end.
Familiarity with tool orchestration, memory, retrieval, and evaluation in AI apps.
Experience building integrations with logging, retries, and error handling.

Responsibilities

Identify repetitive workflows and ship practical automation quickly.
Build AI agents that operate across systems like HubSpot, Intercom, Linear, and Guardify APIs.
Develop multi-agent workflows that retain context and surface insights proactively.
Own full lifecycle: evaluation, guardrails, observability, reliability, and cost.
Design with security and sensitive data boundaries from the start.
Create docs and patterns to help teams maintain and extend solutions.
Stay current with AI tooling and turn ideas into working solutions.
