TechTree is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to drive AI solutions for customers by mapping workflows and improving processes. You'll manage customer relationships from initiation to live deployment and ensure impactful outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in customer-facing roles, a background in AI engineering, and proficiency in coding languages like SQL and Python, ensuring a strong impact from day one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in roles involving real customer environments, preferably AI-native.
• Background in forward-deployed engineering or technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers from kickoff through go-live.
• Map customer workflows and prioritize automation.
• Translate business logic into agent behavior.

Skills

Experience in customer environments

Applied AI/ML engineering
