Job summary

LangChain is seeking a Deployed Engineer to work with customers on the hardest AI problems, translating technical wins into production success. You will partner with account executives to scope evaluations, design POCs, and guide customers from prototype to rollout of agent-based solutions.

You will serve as the technical authority in reviews, help deploy scalable AI agents, and run hands-on demos, trainings, and workshops for developer teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a technical role such as solutions or sales engineering, startup experience preferred.
• Ability to own the technical thread in a sales cycle: discovery, POCs, architecture reviews.
• Experience explaining technical tradeoffs to developers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win. Partner with AEs to scope evaluations and design POCs.
• Be the technical authority in architecture reviews and security questions.
• Co-build production AI agents with customer teams from prototype through rollout.
• Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications like conversational and research agents.
• Run demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences.
• Advise customers post-sale on architecture and roadmap decisions, identify expansion opportunities.
• Surface field feedback to product and build reusable POC assets and sample code.
• Contribute code upstream when it improves customer outcomes.
