Jobzhr is seeking its first Forward Deployed Engineer to spearhead customer deployments of AI solutions across complex workflows. This highly hands-on role blends software development, AI implementation, product thinking, and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Design, build, debug, and ship production systems
• Ability to work directly with users and stakeholders
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
• Translate between technical and business requirements

Responsibilities

• Own customer deployments end-to-end from discovery to production
• Understand complex workflows and identify automation opportunities
• Build and ship production software and AI-powered applications
• Develop agentic workflows and apps using modern foundation models and AI tooling
• Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy new solutions
• Partner with customers to ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes
• Identify opportunities to expand impact of deployments
• Help establish engineering and deployment processes as the company scales
• Act as a technical representative with customer teams from end users to senior stakeholders
