Job summary

edisyl seeks a seasoned engineer to embed within client environments and make AI agents work against data not prepared for them. You will tackle a genuinely hard problem, delivering measurable outcomes like leads, pipelines, and decision-maker briefings.

Collaborate with the CTO and Enterprise Data Strategist on each account to turn promises into reality. You will implement data connectors and workflows, joining Forge, Lattice, and Stratum to orchestrate and semantically understand diverse data

Qualifications

• 4–8 years combining hands-on data engineering with direct deployment or customer exposure
• Experience inside enterprise data environments and familiarity with CRMs, warehouses, and legacy pipelines
• SQL fluency; Python preferred; comfortable reading/writing API integrations
• Hands-on experience building or deploying AI agent workflows and understanding LLMs in real data contexts

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding and implementation from data environment discovery through production deployment
• Build, configure, and troubleshoot data connectors, pipelines, and AI agent workflows inside client environments
• Work directly with Forge, Lattice, and Stratum — our agent framework, orchestration layer, and semantic intelligence system
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for accounts post-deployment
• Surface learnings to engineering and product teams, identifying gaps and failure modes
• Develop implementation playbooks from engagements to accelerate future deployments
• Partner with Enterprise Data Strategist and CEO on pre-sale scoping, technical discovery, and PoC builds
