Job summary

Rippling is standing up a new AI Solutions line to design, build, and deploy production AI workflows for G&A and non R&D orgs. You will lead engagements end-to-end, from discovery through measurable impact, reporting to the GM of AI Solutions and collaborating with FDEs, Product, and Sales.

You are a founding member helping turn early engagements into repeatable, scalable motions, while balancing ambition, feasibility, and speed in zero-to-one environments.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years as a commercially minded product manager, consultant, deployment lead, or similar.
• Able to communicate with executive sponsors, operators, and engineers.
• AI fluency with LLMs, agents, retrieval, data, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship from kickoff to value realization with stakeholders.
• Run AI diagnostic and create a prioritized AI Transformation Roadmap.
• Define and ship AI workflows with Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs).
• Drive adoption, ROI, and repeatability with training and case studies.
