Rippling is hiring an AI Deployment Lead to own customer engagements end to end, from discovery through measurable ROI. You will combine an AI Transformation Lead with a Forward Deployed Product Manager to design, ship, and adopt AI workflows within Rippling’s AI Solutions team.

You will report to the GM of AI Solutions and work with FDEs, Product, and Sales in a high‑growth environment that emphasizes ROI, customer outcomes, and scalable playbooks.

Formación

• 5–10 years of experience as a commercially minded product manager, consultant, deployment lead, or similar operator in a high‑growth environment.
• Ability to lead complex, cross‑functional programs from problem framing through production launch and adoption.
• Strong communication with C‑level sponsors, operators, end users, and product/engineering teams.
• AI fluency with LLMs, agents, retrieval, evaluations, data, APIs, and integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the customer relationship from kickoff through value realization.
• Align GM, Sales, FDEs, and the customer on scope, success criteria, and launch path.
• Manage engagement cadence: status updates, steering committees, risks, decisions, readouts.
• Define and ship AI workflows with FDEs and translate workflows into MVP definitions and requirements.
• Product manage implementation from scoping through testing, launch, and iteration.
• Drive adoption, ROI, and repeatability, including change management.
