Rippling is seeking a Senior Growth Manager for AI Adoption to scale adoption and revenue across Rippling's AI product suite. Qualifications

• Ability to distill AI capabilities into clear, compelling messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaign strategy across channels (email, in-app ads, product experiments).
• Understand Rippling's AI products to map customer journeys and write high-urgency copy for adoption.
• Own end-to-end campaign execution from launch to reporting and optimization.
• Collaborate with brand, analytics, product, customer experience, and AI engineering for go-to-market execution.
• Share insights across the organization and align stakeholders with AI product signals.
