Job summary

Kyndryl seeks a Customer Technology Advisor to join our Go-To-Market team. You will leverage deep cloud, Linux, networking, and enterprise software knowledge to drive opportunities, craft winning cross-practice solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations for customers.

You will collaborate across Sales, Pre-Sales, and Architecture, shaping how our consulting practice operates today and into the future, while building trusted advisor relationships to accelerate deal velocity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Deep expertise in cloud, Linux, networking, virtualization, and enterprise platforms, including software sales
• Demonstrated ability to increase signings through software products and higher value service offerings
• Experience supporting technology and enterprise software sales across multi-industry environments
• Deep domain knowledge of services offerings and technical solutions
• Demonstrated experience translating distinctive technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions
• Prior consultative selling experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the entire sales process with quality and compliance verifications.
• Support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales and Pre-Sales, collaborating with Customer Partners and Consult Partners.
• Identify the intricate business and technical requirements of customers, leveraging capabilities to generate winning cross-practice solutions.
• Develop profitable deals using mastery of the domain and products.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create winning responses and optimal technical solutions.
• Build partnerships with alliance partners for joint solutions.
• Demonstrate and deliver demos, proofs of concepts, and prototypes to show tangible value.
