Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Customer Technology Advisor to join our Go-To-Market team. You will lead demonstrations, develop cross-practice solutions, and drive opportunities with Partner and Customer teams in a remote-capable environment.

You will leverage deep technical expertise in cloud, virtualization, and enterprise platforms to deliver value and build relationships with customers and alliance partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Presales or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Deep cloud, Linux, networking, virtualization and enterprise platforms expertise.
• Proven ability to drive increased signings through software and higher-value services.
• Experience supporting multi-industry technology and software sales.
• Strong translation of technical knowledge into actionable customer insights.
• Prior consultative selling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the full sales process with quality and compliance checks.
• Develop cross-practice solutions from customer requirements using our capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to craft winning responses and technical solutions.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations, POCs, and prototypes to show value.
• Build external alliance partnerships and joint solutions.
• Showcase domain expertise through end-to-end product knowledge.
• Drive customer success and open doors to other Kyndryl specialties.
• Identify opportunities and mature them into winning deals.
