Kyndryl is seeking a Customer Technical Solutioner within the Go-To-Market team to lead pre-sales, design architecture, and cost models for US-wide opportunities. You will collaborate with client executives to translate requirements into scalable mainframe modernization and hybrid cloud solutions, balancing profitability and client outcomes.

This role requires strong presentation skills and experience across IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity, with a track record in enterprise

Qualifications

• Extensive pre-sales and solution design for mainframe modernization.
• 5+ years in IT service management, sourcing, or strategy.
• Expertise in IT governance and financing models.
• Ability to design scalable solutions from complex requirements.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Proven pre-sales, cost modeling, and proposal experience.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead mainframe modernization architecture design.
• Integrate core infra with hybrid cloud and AI capabilities.
• Translate customer needs into architectural designs and proofs-of-concept.
• Lead end-to-end pre-sales processes across multi-month cycles.
• Partner with account leadership in executive discussions.
• Deliver technical presentations and articulate value propositions.
• Define cost models and draft SOWs for profitable deals.
• Negotiate contracts up to signature and handover to delivery.
