Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Customer Technology Advisor to join our Go-To-Market team in the United States. You will leverage your technical, solution, and enterprise software expertise to drive targeted opportunities and exceed customer expectations, with AI at the core.

You’ll lead demos, develop compelling proposals, and collaborate with partners to deliver differentiated value for Fortune 100 clients. This role offers a path to advance in a fast-evolving consulting practice.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in presales, solutions engineering or related customer-facing technical roles.
Deep expertise in cloud, Linux, networking, virtualization, and enterprise platforms.
Experience translating technical knowledge into customer value and winning proposals.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the entire sales process, ensuring quality and compliance verification according to best practices.
Identify customer requirements and develop cross-practice solutions leveraging Kyndryl capabilities.
Deliver compelling demonstrations, proofs of concept, and prototypes to show tangible value.
Partner with Customer Partners and Consult Partners to drive opportunities and close deals.
Build and nurture relationships with external alliance partners for co-created solutions.
Lead customer engagement as a domain expert and drive profitable deals.
Prepare winning responses and ensure successful follow-through to customer satisfaction.
