Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an experienced leader to drive end-to-end solutions for our public and private cloud, applications, data & AI, infrastructure, and consulting services. You will manage relationships with solution decision-makers and lead large, complex engagements from inception to delivery.

The role emphasizes developing and presenting value-based solutions, guiding proposal responses, and aligning offerings with customer goals. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated technology skills with business acumen.
• Strong market connections including up to CxO level.
• Ability to lead large, complex deals with proactive leadership.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, cloud offerings, applications, automation, and AI.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and evaluate RFP responses aligned to buyer's needs.
• Research markets, industries, customers, and competitors.
• Identify customer challenges and design value-based solutions.
• Lay groundwork to acquire and support customers pre-sale.
• Create overall design for a solution including project direction and architecture.
• Monitor and address customer requirements and concerns.
• Develop costing methodologies and global cost models.
• Coordinate with service offering teams on cost drivers.
• Support contract negotiations up to signature and hand-over.
• Lead customer technology discussions with CTO/CIO level.
