Job summary

Vinove Software is seeking an experienced engineer to build AI-powered applications and agentic systems for clients in the United States. You will design end-to-end solutions, integrate with APIs and cloud platforms, and iterate from discovery to production.

Role requires strong Python/TypeScript skills, experience with AI workflows, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs. Remote-friendly with CST-hours collaboration.

Qualifications

• Production-grade software experience.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Hands-on AI-powered applications or agentic systems experience.
• Understanding of LLMs, prompts, memory, tool use, outputs.
• Experience with planning, tool use, execution, observation, recovery in AI agents.
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration, graphs, state machines, multi-step AI workflows.
• APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern software practices.
• Ability to take problems from discovery to production.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements, workflows, and environments to design solutions.
• Translate problems into technical requirements, designs, prototypes, and production-ready apps.
• Build AI-powered applications, agentic workflows, APIs, data pipelines, and full-stack solutions.
• Design systems around AI models, including tools, context, memory, permissions, observability, and feedback.
• Build and refine agent workflows covering planning, tool use, execution, observation, recovery, and termination.
• Develop workflow orchestration using graphs, state machines, and multi-step patterns.
• Build evaluation mechanisms for quality, reliability, latency, and cost of AI applications.
• Integrate AI with enterprise apps, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot AI-system issues like hallucinations, context loss, tool call failures, looping, and prompt-injection risks.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, security, and client teams from discovery to production.
• Communicate decisions, risks, limitations, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
