Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced User Operations professional to join our post-AGI support team. You will work with customers via tickets and live calls, troubleshoot high-impact issues, and guide adoption of our AI platform at scale.

The role includes coordinating with Engineering, Product and Ops, using automation and AI tools to prevent incidents, and providing weekend support as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in User Operations or related technical roles.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Based in Singapore or willing to relocate to Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact technical issues end-to-end for customers.
• Serve as a trusted expert on the company’s products and platform.
• Escalate and collaborate with Engineering to prevent recurring problems and automate workflows.
• Share learnings with Product and GTM teams to scale solutions.
• Drive automation and AI-powered improvements to increase team efficiency.
• Provide occasional holiday and weekend support when needed.
