Qualifications
- Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
- 7+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow or cloud software solutions.
- Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
Responsibilities
- Support product sales as a technical consultant to a client-facing sales team.
- Lead discovery workshops to identify challenges and demo solutions.
- Answer technical questions from customers, partners, and colleagues.
- Provide product feedback for enhancements to address customer needs.
- Share best practices and assets to improve team efficiency.
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Support marketing events and executive briefings.
