Job summary

HealthRecon Connect seeks an experienced engineer to design and deploy AI-enabled automation for end-to-end RCM workflows, from Patient Access through AR. You will build multi-agent solutions, integrate with EHR, PM, and clearinghouse systems, and ensure governance and compliance.

Collaboration with Operations, Product, and Compliance will drive scalable outcomes. Applicants should bring 6+ years in IT with 2+ years in AI agent solutions, plus HIPAA and cloud platform familiarity to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or Mathematics required.
• 6+ years in IT space with healthcare RCM experience preferred.
• 2+ years designing/deploying AI/Agent solutions in production.
• Understanding of RCM workflows, payer rules, and operational pain points.
• Experience with LLMs and AI orchestration.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI handling, and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Exposure to cloud healthcare environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with RCM automation areas (coding, claims scrubbing, denials, payments, AR).

Responsibilities

• Assess end-to-end RCM workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Design AI-enabled workflow solutions with HIPAA-compliant components.
• Create solution blueprints, process flows, and implementation roadmaps.
• Build and deploy AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Integrate AI with EHR, PM, clearinghouse, RPA, and document management.
• Define governance frameworks for security, privacy, auditability, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Clients.
• Measure automation outcomes using KPIs and ROI metrics.
