Job summary

Attuned Intelligence is building AI-powered voice agents to automate patient access in healthcare. We’re seeking a hands-on AI solutions engineer to translate requirements into reliable agent capabilities, developing prompts, flows, and tool integrations that improve patient access and reduce administrative work.

You'll partner with platform engineers to prototype capabilities, test end-to-end experiences, and turn recurring customer needs into reusable solutions across the Attuned platform,

Qualifications

3–5 years building LLM-based agents or conversational workflows.
Experience with voice AI, speech recognition, or TTS systems.
Ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear instructions and criteria.
Proficient with APIs, JSON, and version control for workflow debugging.
Systematic troubleshooting approach with reproducing issues.
Excellent cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

Build prompts, conversation flows, tools integrations, and test experiences.
Prototype new agent capabilities and collaborate with platform engineers.
Design scalable testing systems for realistic scenarios.
Drive customer outcomes by measuring task completion and reducing staff effort.
Suggest product improvements based on customer learning.
