Job summary

Attuned Intelligence is hiring a hands-on AI solutions engineer to build and improve agents for healthcare customers. You will translate requirements into reliable agent capabilities, develop prompts and tool integrations, and partner with platform engineers to scale capabilities across the Attuned platform.

Success means reliable agents, clear usage, and measurable improvements in patient access and operations while preserving privacy and enabling proper human handoffs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years building LLM-based agents, conversational experiences, or workflow automations.
• Experience with voice AI, conversation design, speech recognition, or text-to-speech systems.
• Strong writing and structured reasoning: turn ambiguous requests into clear instructions and criteria.
• Practical programming or scripting with APIs, JSON, version control, and logs to build and debug workflows.
• Methodical troubleshooting: reproduce issues and verify fixes against user experience.
• Clear communication across technical and nontechnical teammates.

Responsibilities

• Build and validate customer solutions for healthcare clients.
• Design prompts, flows, knowledge content, and integrations; test against realistic scenarios.
• Develop new agent capabilities and translate customer problems into agent behaviors.
• Prototype and validate solutions, collaborating with platform engineers when needed.
• Test and troubleshoot systematically to improve agent reliability.
• Drive customer outcomes by measuring task completion, experience, and staff effort.
