Job summary

Ladders is seeking an AI Services Lead - Client Services to guide activation and growth of newly acquired AI accounts, moving them from interest into active, value-driven engagements. You will oversee delivery quality, proactively manage risks, and partner with senior stakeholders to shape practical AI and data roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years in a hybrid delivery/sales role within consulting or professional services.
• Proven track record in managing both delivery quality and account growth.
• Experience scoping and delivering service engagements valued between $50K-$1M.
• History of developing account plans and roadmaps for multi-phase AI programs.
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders, particularly CIOs and CTOs.
• Hands-on AI/data competency to identify use cases and delivery risks.
• Familiarity with Anthropic or similar LLM/agentic AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead activation of newly acquired accounts, transitioning them from interest to active engagement.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery for client accounts, proactively identifying risks.
• Develop and maintain account plans and use-case backlogs for AI transformation programs.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on AI and data roadmaps to achieve business outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external AI partners to identify and close expansion opportunities.
• Provide strategic leadership in executive meetings and roadmap discussions.
• Mentor team members and promote a culture of learning and improvement.
