Job summary

Foxconn seeks a Sr. Supply Chain Manager to build and lead the supply chain for AI server, rack integration, and high-performance computing products.

You will own supplier strategy, procurement execution, and long-/short-lead-time material management to optimize cost and resilience. You will partner with Program Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and global commodity teams to align supply commitments with demand across NPI ramp, mass production, and sustaining operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation and Logistics Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA/EMBA), Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• More than fifteen (15) years of global sourcing, supply chain management, procurement, or supplier management experience in electronics manufacturing or related industries.
• Experience leading cross-functional supply chain or sourcing teams (5+ years) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the supply chain organization for AI server, rack integration, and HPC products.
• Define supplier ecosystem strategy, strategic sourcing, procurement execution, and supplier management.
• Drive KPI performance: material availability, cost reduction, on-time delivery, inventory turns, and E&O exposure.
• Lead procurement systems deployment: ERP modules, supplier portal, PO/EDI, dashboards.
• Own supplier management, onboarding, performance scorecards, and quarterly business reviews.
• Support NPI ramp, mass production, and sustaining operations with cross-functional teams.
