Foxconn invites applications for a Quality Manager to lead the QA organization across QA Management, IQC/SQE, IPQC/FQC/OBA, and QP in AI server and rack-level manufacturing operations. You will own quality strategy, ensure systems compliance, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate supplier quality, internal audits, and customer quality initiatives to uphold product excellence.
The role requires 10+ years of electronics QA experience and strong leadership in fast-paced manufacturing
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma or ISO 9001 lead auditor preferred.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, ODM/OEM environments.
Mansioni
- Lead QA Management, IQC/SQE, IPQC/FQC/OBA, and QP teams.
- Develop and maintain quality plans, inspection strategies, and KPI dashboards.
- Drive containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Monitor quality metrics such as DPPM, FPY, and cost of quality.
- Lead internal and customer quality reviews and audits.
