Job summary

Foxconn seeks an AI Server/Rack System Lead Manager to guide multispecialty engineering teams spanning System, Electrical, Power, and Mechanical disciplines. You will drive the transformation of multi-million-dollar AI hardware racks into fully configured, deploy-ready systems for hyperscale data centers, championing production readiness, quality, and customer requirements.

You will oversee engineering changes, promote data-driven improvements, and ensure adherence to high-voltage and safety

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a closely related field is required.
4–7+ years in enterprise server, rack infrastructure, or AI cluster system engineering.
3–5 years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
2+ years integrating high-density power and liquid cooling infrastructure.
3+ years in manufacturing operations, yield analysis and quality frameworks.
2+ years enforcing U.S. industrial safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead System, Electrical, Power, and Mechanical Engineering teams to resolve complex production and system-level issues.
Drive improvements in factory yield, cycle time, system quality, and production efficiency.
Coordinate with hyperscale customers to align system requirements and validation criteria.
Manage engineering changes and ensure feedback loops between R&D, manufacturing, quality, and customers.
Ensure compliance with high-voltage, mechanical, and workplace safety standards.
