Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in its Cyber AI Security practice to lead client engagements focused on AI security risk assessments, governance design, and secure AI architectures. You will oversee AI‑SPM implementations, drive workshops with CISOs and CIOs, and mentor Senior Consultants in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

You will work across industries, translating technical findings into executive recommendations while staying current on EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and evolving AI security tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IS, Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience, or graduate degree with 4+ years.
• Experience in AI security assessments, AI‑SPM, AI governance, and AI risk management.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, OWASP for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS, and NIST CSF/ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security engagements across industries, including risk assessments and AI governance design.
• Direct AI‑SPM implementations and guide governance framework development.
• Mentor teams and manage engagements within budget and timelines.
• Collaborate with EY professionals to deliver integrated AI security solutions.
