Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of AI Security to establish and mature the enterprise AI Security program. Reporting to the CISO, this leader will set strategy for securing AI technologies while enabling responsible innovation across the enterprise.

The role requires building a high-performing team of AI security architects, engineers, and specialists, ensuring governance, risk management, and secure adoption across AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, engineering, data science or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in same fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI security strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmap.
• Oversee risk management, model governance, third-party AI assessments, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and lead the AI Security organization with hiring, mentoring, budgeting, and operations.
• Collaborate with executives and business units to enable secure AI adoption.
