Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience in production environments with cybersecurity depth in at least one area.
• Minimum 1 year hands‑on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production.
• Minimum 6 years of end‑to‑end security delivery ownership in a client‑embedded or production environment.
• Minimum 6 years working with Cloud platform security fundamentals (IAM, network security, secrets management, AI service security) across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or 6 years if Associate’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments.
• Deliver hands‑on security engineering using agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
• Own AI threat surface management at program scale (OWASP LLM Top 10, prompt injection hardening).
• Architect and govern AI security controls across identity, data pipeline, model serving, and multi‑system integration.
• Lead AI governance framework implementation (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, model risk management).
• Shape AI reinvention security strategy for client CISO/CTO with risk‑adjusted investment cases.
• Publish reusable security patterns, playbooks, accelerators for multiple engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions, threat modeling workshops, and code‑with sessions.
