Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Forward Deployed Engineer to work embedded with a client’s security and engineering teams, delivering secure, production-ready AI systems. You will own outcomes, reduce attack surfaces, and drive measurable security posture improvements using AI tooling as the primary delivery method.

The role emphasizes biosafe AI deployments, threat modeling, and governance across cloud platforms, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience in production environments with cybersecurity depth in at least one area.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production.
• Minimum 8 years end-to-end security delivery ownership experience in client-embedded or production environments.
• Minimum 8 years working with Cloud platform security fundamentals (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years if no 4-year degree).

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments across complex client environments.
• Deliver hands-on security engineering using agentic coding tools for AI-powered detection systems and governance automation.
• Own AI-specific threat surface management across programme scale (OWASP LLM Top 10, prompt injection hardening, etc.).
• Architect and govern AI security controls across the enterprise stack (identity, data pipelines, model serving).
• Lead AI governance framework implementation (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, model risk management).
• Shape AI reinvention security strategy for client executives and develop investment roadmaps.
• Define reusable security patterns and accelerators to scale across client engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions, threat modeling workshops, and code-with sessions with client teams.
