Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with client security and engineering teams, delivering secure AI deployments and governance in real-world environments.

You will lead threat modeling, design security patterns, and apply AI tooling to build detection, governance, and risk-mitigated AI solutions in production. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience in production environments with cybersecurity depth in at least one area.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production.
• Minimum 6 years of end-to-end security delivery ownership in a client-embedded or production environment.
• Minimum 6 years working with Cloud platform security fundamentals (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Associate’s Degree with 6 years experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments across complex client environments.
• Deliver hands-on security engineering using agentic coding tools as the primary build environment.
• Own AI-specific threat surface management at programme scale across multiple client workstreams.
• Architect and govern AI security controls across the enterprise stack (IAM, data pipeline, model serving).
• Lead AI governance framework implementation (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF) in live production systems.
