Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with client security and engineering teams, driving secure, governable, and resilient AI deployments with agentic coding. You will own outcomes—reduced attack surface, production-safe AI deployments, and measurable security posture improvements.

Role operates inside Accenture’s Reinvention Delivery Engine, delivering across 90-day cycles with end-to-end build, deploy, and optimize ownership in client environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering experience in production environments with cybersecurity depth.
• 2+ years hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production.
• 8+ years end-to-end security delivery ownership in client-embedded or production environments.
• 8+ years cloud security fundamentals across AWS/Azure/GCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments.
• Develop security tooling and governance frameworks with AI co-authoring code.
• Own AI threat surface management across client programs and architectures.
• Architect and govern AI security controls across enterprise stack.
• Lead AI governance framework implementation (EU AI Act, NIST RMF).
• Shape reinvention security strategy for executive stakeholders.
• Publish reusable security patterns and accelerators.
• Lead architecture sessions and threat modeling workshops.
• Provide cybersecurity domain expertise in at least one discipline.
• Engage in proposal development and client engagement.
• Facilitate executive workshops and C-suite communications.
• Mentor teams and drive delivery.
