Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with client teams, delivering production-ready AI security and governance solutions. You will own outcomes and collaborate across security and engineering to secure AI deployments in real-world environments.

Responsibilities include leading architecture, threat modeling, and tooling using Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot, while shaping security patterns and governance across cloud platforms. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in production environments with a cybersecurity depth in at least one area (AppSec, SecOps, cloud security, IAM, GRC)
• 2+ years hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production environments
• 8+ years end-to-end security delivery ownership in client-embedded or production environments
• 8+ years of cloud security fundamentals across AWS, Azure, or GCP: IAM, network security, secrets management, AI service security configurations
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (min 12 years) work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments across multi-stakeholder client environments
• Deliver hands-on security engineering using agentic coding tools as the primary build environment
• Own AI-specific threat surface management at programme scale
• Architect and govern AI security controls across the enterprise stack to ensure secure data, identity, and model serving environments
• Lead governance and risk management initiatives including EU AI Act and NIST RMF in live production systems
• Define and publish reusable security patterns and playbooks for multiple client engagements
