Job summary

Accenture Security seeks a Cybersecurity Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with client teams, delivering production-grade AI security tooling and governance. The role focuses on reducing attack surfaces, secure AI deployments, and measurable security posture improvements.

You will work within Accenture’s Reinvention Delivery Engine to own end-to-end security outcomes across build, deploy, and optimize in client environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience with a cybersecurity discipline, depth in at least one area.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production environment.
• Minimum 8 years end-to-end security delivery ownership in a client-embedded or production environment.
• Minimum 8 years working with Cloud security fundamentals across at least one provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments across complex client environments.
• Deliver hands-on security engineering using agentic coding tools as the primary build environment.
• Own AI-specific threat surface management at programme scale: OWASP LLM Top 10 controls and related defenses.
• Architect and govern AI security controls across the enterprise stack (IAM, data pipelines, model serving).
• Lead AI governance framework implementation (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, model risk management).
• Shape AI reinvention security strategy for client CISO/CTO and build investment cases.
• Define and publish reusable security patterns and playbooks for multiple engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions and threat modeling workshops with client teams.
• Proven security domain expertise in at least one discipline (AppSec, SecOps, IAM, cloud, GRC, or offensive security).
• Proposal and SOW development, solution shaping, and client engagement.
