Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking a Cybersecurity Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with client security and engineering teams, delivering secure, governed AI systems in real-world environments. You will own outcomes—from reducing attack surfaces to measurable security posture improvements—using agentic coding tools as the primary delivery method.

The role requires hands-on experience with AI security, cloud security fundamentals, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years engineering in production with cybersecurity depth in at least one area.
• 1+ year hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions.
• 3+ years cloud security fundamentals across at least one provider (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support AI security architecture and threat modeling for production deployments.
• Build AI-powered detection systems and governance automation using AI tools.
• Lead threat surface management including OWASP LLM Top 10 controls.
• Govern AI security controls across identity, data pipelines, and model serving.
• Assist with AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF).
• Shape reinvention security strategy and publish reusable patterns.
• Contribute to architecture sessions and threat modeling workshops.
• Travel as required (0–100%).
