Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager for AI Security within its Cyber practice to lead AI risk assessments, AI Governance programs, and secure AI architecture implementations. You will oversee AI security engagements, guide governance designs, and translate findings into prioritized executive recommendations across industries.

As a manager, you will mentor teams, contribute to business development, and stay current with AI security tooling and regulatory developments including EU AI Act and NIST RMF.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, CS, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with ~5+ years of experience (including 1–2 years in AI security).
• Experience in AI security assessments, AI‑SPM, AI governance, and AI risk management.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS; knowledge of NIST CSF, 800‑53, ISO 27001/27002.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security engagements across multiple industries, overseeing AI security assessments and AI‑SPM implementations.
• Design governance frameworks, policies, and controls for secure AI deployments and responsible AI use.
• Guide client leadership, translate findings into executive-ready recommendations, and manage engagement workstreams.
• Mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants; contribute to business development and client presentations.
