Brain Co. builds AI-native operating systems for large, regulated institutions. You will own the security of our products and application layer, shaping secure development, agent security, and data protection across AI features.

This hands‑on role requires writing code, shipping tooling, and collaborating with product and ML engineers to embed security from the start, enabling secure production deployments at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in application security or product security.
• Hands-on production systems security at scale.
• Deep fluency in application security fundamentals: OWASP Top 10, AuthN/AuthZ, secure SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Own the application‑layer security model for agentic products and define secure patterns for third‑party integration.
• Build reusable secure‑by‑default patterns and guardrails for agent development across products.
• Develop threat models, architecture reviews, and security documentation for regulated environments.
• Write and ship security tooling, automate reviews, and leverage AI to scale security coverage.
