Brain Co. in San Francisco seeks an AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate backend services powering AI products for regulated institutions.

You will own backend from design to production, collaborating with Product, ML, and Infrastructure to deliver scalable, observable systems with clean APIs and robust data pipelines. This role emphasizes reliability and security in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building and scaling production backend services or platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, TypeScript, C++, or similar languages.
• Experience building shared infrastructure, internal platforms, or developer-facing services.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and operate the platform backend services and data pipelines powering Brain Co.'s AI products.
• Own full lifecycle from architecture to deployment and maintenance.
• Build scalable systems for ML experiment tracking, artifact management, and automated training/evaluation pipelines.
