Job summary

Brain Co. is building AI-native operating systems for regulated institutions, and seeks a Machine Learning Engineer, Applied AI to push production-ready frontier models into real-world use.

You will own end-to-end ML systems, from model development to decision-layer integration, across vision, language, and rule-based components. You will collaborate with production teams to design robust evaluation, deployment, and monitoring, tackling complex, real-world data and institutional constraints.

Qualifications
