Job summary

Harmonic is seeking a Deployment Engineer to join our AI-native security platform team. You will onboard customers, provide day-to-day support, and resolve deployment issues with a focus on customer outcomes.

You’ll work across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, documenting fixes, feeding insights back to product, and maintaining internal guides to improve the deployment experience. Hybrid-friendly, with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting enterprise security or endpoint products in customer environments.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms (Intune, Jamf or similar) and browser extension rollout.
• Experience working in a multi-OS environment (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Strong customer-facing communication and ability to coordinate through an issue to closure.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and provide day-to-day technical support during deployment.
• Troubleshoot technically difficult issues and write clear root-cause analyses.
• Maintain internal guides and customer-facing documentation.
• Feed field findings into the product roadmap and collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, QA and other teams.
