Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS cybersecurity enterprise sales experience.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a closing role.
• Experience selling to CIOs and CISOs with deals around $100k+.
• Strong outbound prospecting and territory development skills.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with technical and business stakeholders.
• Startup experience and high-trust collaboration mindset preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and manage a pipeline across the Pacific Northwest.
• Develop account strategies in partnership with leadership.
• Deliver compelling demos and tailored presentations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
• Represent Harmonic at meetings and industry events.
• Contribute to shaping sales playbooks and scalable practices.
