Job summary

Harmonic Security is building an AI‑first security platform and hiring a Deployment Engineer to onboard customers and resolve deployment issues. You will manage complex problems, coordinate with Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, and QA, and help improve the onboarding and deployment experience with repeatable processes.

You will work in a fast‑moving, close‑knit team that values ownership, transparency, and a strong customer focus across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience deploying and supporting enterprise security or endpoint products in customer environments.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms (Intune, Jamf) and identity configuration.
• Comfort working in a multi‑OS environment (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Strong, organized communication with customers and teams.
• Ability to turn fixes into documented, repeatable processes.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and provide day‑to‑day technical support during deployment.
• Troubleshoot technically difficult customer issues with a clear root‑cause approach.
• Escalate and collaborate with Success, Solutions Architecture, QA, and engineering.
• Maintain internal guides and customer‑facing documentation.
• Feed field findings into roadmap to improve deployment experience.
