Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building customer and community-related programs, with strong familiarity with Slack and other community platforms.
• 5 years of experience working in technology.
• Strong communication skills and a welcoming presence, with a proven ability to connect with users and make them feel seen.
• Experience working cross-functionally, especially with product, engineering, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

• Create programs to help users adopt features faster, troubleshoot with peers, explore new use cases, discover the latest resources, and learn from other customers who are one step ahead.
• Foster customer-to-customer engagement by building programs that drive peer interactions and knowledge sharing.
• Encourage feedback that shapes the product by establishing loops for customers to share ideas and input with product teams.
• Scale self-service and peer support by growing a network of moderators and contributors across time zones.
• Track, measure, and optimize engagement to demonstrate the value of the community.
