Job summary

Vylor is seeking a highly experienced Paid Search and Search Marketing Leader to drive strategy, performance, and growth across our brands and products. The SEO/SEM Marketing Manager will oversee paid search, organic search, and AI-driven opportunities to maximize ROAS and business impact.

As a senior leader, you’ll manage Google Ads and other platforms, optimize large annual budgets, and translate data into actionable recommendations while partnering with Integrated Communications and content

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of SEO/SEM strategy development and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end paid search lifecycle across Google Ads and other platforms.
• Develop and execute organic search strategies in collaboration with content teams.
• Forecast, budget, and report on search performance and ROI.
• Build and optimize campaign structures, bidding, and attribution.
• Educate the organization on SEO/SEM benefits and opportunities.
