Vylor is seeking a highly experienced paid search and search marketing leader to drive search strategy, performance, and business growth across our brands, portfolios, and products. The SEO/SEM Marketing Manager will serve as the organization’s search marketing expert, leading the development and execution of integrated paid search and organic search strategies, with a primary focus on maximizing the impact of Google Ads investments and delivering measurable business outcomes.
This role is responsible for overseeing a significant paid search portfolio, including strategic planning, budget allocation, optimization, testing, reporting, and performance management across Google Ads and other search advertising platforms. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing large-scale media budgets, optimizing campaigns across complex product portfolios, driving efficient customer acquisition, and translating performance data into actionable business recommendations.
Working closely with members of the Integrated Communications team, Strategic Communications teams, and agency partners, this individual will lead the end-to-end paid search lifecycle, from strategy development and forecasting through execution, conversion tracking, budget pacing, attribution analysis, and executive reporting. They will continually evaluate campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement rigorous testing strategies to maximize return on ad spend and overall marketing effectiveness.
In addition to paid search leadership, this role will guide organic search strategy in partnership with the content development team. The successful candidate will possess expertise in technical SEO, keyword strategy, competitive analysis, content optimization, link-building initiatives, and search visibility best practices. They will develop and execute SEO strategies that improve website performance, increase qualified organic traffic, and strengthen search visibility across key brands, portfolios, and products.
