Vagaro Inc. is seeking an AI Search & SEO Manager to own Vagaro's organic search presence and lead the strategy across AI-driven search surfaces.

The role sits at the intersection of marketing, content, product, and growth, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize AEO, GEO, and AIO surfaces. You will guide technical SEO foundations, content optimization, and local SEO for vagaro.com, driving significant organic growth in a fast‑growing SaaS marketplace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience, ideally SaaS/marketplace/high-growth tech
• Proven track record building and executing organic growth strategies
• Hands-on AI search optimization across AEO, GEO, and AIO
• Strong technical SEO fundamentals: crawl, schema, Core Web Vitals
• Ability to translate priorities into product tickets and briefs

Responsibilities

• Own Vagaro's end-to-end SEO strategy for vagaro.com across B2B and B2C
• Lead technical SEO, crawlability, schema, and site architecture with engineering
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for vertical opportunities
• Collaborate with content to build topic clusters and optimize pages
• Support local SEO strategy for Vagaro's marketplace model
• Educate internal stakeholders on Google updates and AI search developments
• Monitor and report on AI search & SEO KPIs to executives
