Job summary

Vylor is seeking a seasoned SEO/SEM & AI Search Manager to lead US search strategies for our portfolio of brands. You will partner with the content team, manage AI-driven visibility, and drive paid search across Google Ads and Bing to maximize traffic and brand presence.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in SEO/SEM with AI search experience, strong analytics, and experience with major AI/SEO tools. Join a team shaping the future of crop science.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience developing and implementing SEO/SEM strategy with AI search optimization knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Advanced PPC knowledge and hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Familiarity with AI search visibility tools (SEMrush, Conductor, etc.).
• Understanding of structured data/schema to support AI parsing.
• Knowledge of how LLMs source, cite, and surface content.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage SEO/SEM and AI search campaigns to drive product awareness and traffic.
• Collaborate with content teams to optimize for AI search visibility and citations.
• Oversee daily SEM activities across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms.
• Monitor performance, budgets, and reporting; adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay current with AI search developments and vendor capabilities.
