Job summary

SpaceXAI is building Scale ADM from first principles as a founder-level seat. You will help invent how SpaceXAI drives customer outcomes at scale across hundreds of accounts using agents to surface risk and opportunity and place people where judgment matters.

Responsibilities

• Help found and run the Scale ADM motion across a wide enterprise portfolio
• Use agentic workflows to triage health, prioritize outreach, and keep human time scarce and high leverage
• Drive value realization that supports retention and expansion: deepen adoption, find account whitespace, and open growth paths across the book
• Amplify what already exists (marketing webinars, customer education, onboarding) and turn live learning into reusable motions without reinventing the wheel
• Shape playbooks and offerings from voice of customer: tailor what we deliver based on what we hear

You'll help invent how SpaceXAI drives customer outcomes at scale across hundreds of accounts with a small team, using agents to surface risk and opportunity, and putting people where judgment still matters.

What you'll do
